• Determining shoe size requires the use of the measurement previously mentioned above. To do this at home, simply use a very thin ruler or flexible measuring tape with measurements in centimeters on one side and inches on the other;
• Write down your foot measurement on a piece of paper. Obtaining an accurate number, including decimal places, will help ensure the shoe fits your foot more perfectly.
• CAUTION : Do not use other shoes or insoles to help you determine the correct size. Furthermore, each shoe or insole has different internal and external measurements, and may not even match the actual foot size. It is essential that you follow the instructions immediately after the image below to avoid making a mistake when choosing the right shoe size:



• Foot Measurement : It's essential to correctly measure the length of your foot. Therefore, you should perform the following procedure:
• Step 1 : place your foot on a sheet of paper, as illustrated in the following image, item 1 ;
• Step 2 : with a very thin ruler, place the ruler on the tip of your foot and mark a line, as illustrated in the following image, item 2 ;
• Step 3 : place the ruler on the back of the heel and mark a line, as illustrated in the following image, item 2 ;
• Step 4 : Use the ruler to measure the distance between the two marked points to find out the size of your foot length, as illustrated in the following image, item 3 ;
• Step 5 : write down your foot measurement in centimeters on the paper.



• Shoe size is determined by foot measurement . Once this is done, find the shoe size in which the measurements written on the paper correspond approximately to the measurements on the Supplier's Size Sheet .

• If your foot measurement is between two sizes on the spreadsheet, try to choose the shoe size in which the measurements on the Supplier's Measurement Sheet are approximately larger than your foot measurements ;
• Choosing a larger or smaller size depending on your preference for looser or tighter fitting shoes;
• Add about 0.5 centimeters if you want the shoe to fit slightly snugly. Or, add about 1 centimeter for a looser fit.
• IF you are overweight and your foot is a little larger, it is recommended to add around 1 to 1.5 centimeters;
• Consider whether the shoe contains elastic material when deciding what size shoe to buy.
