PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING CANCELLATION

- Order number;
- Email registered when purchasing the product;
- Proof of purchase;
- Reason for cancellation;

If all the requirements mentioned above regarding the cancellation request are met, we will notify you by email confirming the cancellation.
