The BUYER, in order to be entitled to exchange or return the purchase of service(s) and/or product(s) of the purchase order, must comply with the following normative instructions of the “ Exchange and Return Policy ”, in accordance with Clause XI – EXCHANGE AND RETURN contained in these “ Terms of Service ”, which can be viewed at the URL address via the link https://www.ki-pegadamultimarcas.com/policies/terms-of-service :
  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging , in perfect condition;
  2. The product must be returned in perfect condition and with no signs of use or consumption , in the same condition as it was received, in perfect condition;
  3. The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals, all items and accessories that accompany it ;
  4. We do not exchange products due to improper size. We provide measurements on product pages to avoid errors when choosing the right size. According to the Consumer Protection Code, after seven days from receipt of the product, there is no legal obligation to exchange or return purchases made through websites or online stores. Exchanges or returns cannot be made due to the customer's regret regarding the color, size, model, or any other reason.
  5. It is important to note that in the case of returns due to regretting the purchase of services and/or products, the BUYER will receive only the refunded amount, minus shipping and all transaction costs related to the purchase . Upon returning the product, shipping and expenses such as Payment Gateway, Checkout, and IOF will not be refunded because they are transaction service charges from the financial payment provider, which will become expenses the customer will be responsible for by not purchasing the product permanently. The goal is to provide the customer with greater satisfaction by reducing costs if the customer permanently purchases services and/or products from the Ki-Pegada Multimarcas online store website.


PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN


Send an email to ki-pegada@ki-pegadamultimarcas.com and inform:
  1. Product name;
  2. Order number;
  3. Email registered when purchasing the product;
  4. Proof of purchase;
  5. Reason for exchange or return;
  6. A VIDEO PROVING THE PRODUCT DEFECT. This is necessary to analyze and determine whether the problem is simply a lack of understanding of how to use the product. Or to verify this with the supplier.
  7. Please forward the email you received regarding your purchase order to verify the details of your order and enable us to find the data in our database.

Once all the requirements mentioned above regarding your exchange or return request have been validated, we will provide you with the shipping address to exchange or return the product. In the event of a return, the amount to be refunded to the customer will be made in accordance with the normative instructions contained in this " Refund Policy ," which can be viewed at the URL address at https://www.ki-pegadamultimarcas.com/pages/politica-de-restituicao .
