The BUYER, in order to be entitled to a refund for the purchase of service(s) and/or product(s) of the purchase order, must comply with the following normative instructions in accordance with their refund request under the “ Refund Policy ” procedure, only after confirmation:
  • cancellation of the purchase order, in compliance with the normative instructions of Clause X – CANCELLATION contained in these “ Terms of Service ” and the “ Cancellation Policy ”;
  • of the return of the product to our mailing address and verifying the veracity of the customer together with the support established by the Consumer Defense Code of Law No. 8,078/1990, in compliance with the normative instructions of Clause XI – EXCHANGE AND RETURN contained in these “ Terms of Service ” and the “ Exchange and Return Policy ”.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE that , in order to avoid any possibility of fraud during the refund process, the refund amount will be made to the paying holder of the purchase order for the service(s) and/or product(s). Refunds will not be made to accounts of relatives or third parties for security reasons. Therefore, you will need to provide:
  • your bank details or PIX;
  • a very clear photo of a document with photo and CPF (ID or CNH);
  • a very clear photo holding your photo ID and CPF (ID or driver's license) next to your face.

Sending this data and documents to the email address indicated by our Ki-Pegada Multimarcas online store support team, for the purpose of:
  • verify the authenticity and validate the legitimacy of the refund applicant, the paying holder of the purchase order;
  • use when filling in the mandatory bank transfer information;
  • attach proof of refund.


FORMS OF REFUND


The refund method will be exclusively decided by the Ki-Pegada Multimarcas online store:
  • In the case of a refund via PIX , this transfer method via PIX directly to the bank account of the paying holder of the purchase order may take up to 5 business days;
  • In the case of a refund by bank transfer , this type of transfer via bank account, directly to the bank account of the paying holder of the purchase order, may take up to 10 business days.

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER , the refund procedures mentioned above will only be carried out and completed after confirmation and release by the supplier regarding receipt of the product return.
