SUPPLIER MEASUREMENT SHEET
It is essential to find your body measurements. Use these measurements to roughly match them to a measurement on the Supplier's Measurement Chart .
Measurement Instruction Manual
- Determining your bra size requires a combination of three distinct measurements: Bust Measurement , Chest Measurement (the lower part of the bust, just below the breasts), and Cup Size . To do this at home, you just need a flexible measuring tape with measurements in centimeters on one side and inches on the other. And a bra made of thin fabric or lightly lined , preferably lingerie, to keep the breasts in their most natural position, without pushing them up.
- Write down all your body measurements on a piece of paper. Getting accurate numbers, including decimal places, will help ensure the bra fits your breasts more perfectly.
- Bust Measurement : It is essential to correctly measure the circumference of your body in the bust/chest area (breast region):
- Step 1 : Put on a thin or lightly lined bra, preferably lingerie;
- Step 2 : Fill your lungs with air;
- Step 3 : Measure your body circumference with the measuring tape flat against your body without pinching the skin, positioning the tape over your nipples so that it is snug against your body, as illustrated in the following image, item 2 ;
- Step 4 : Write down your bust measurement in centimeters, including decimal places, on a piece of paper.
- Chest Measurement : It is essential to correctly measure the circumference of your body in the chest/waistband area (the lower bust area, just below the breasts):
- Step 1 : Fill your lungs with air;
- Step 2 : Measure your body circumference with the measuring tape flat against your body without pinching the skin, positioning the tape just below your breasts so that it lies flat against your body, as illustrated in the following image, item 1 ;
- Step 3 : Write down the chest measurement in centimeters on the paper, including decimal places;
-
Step 4 : If the measuring tape has measurements in inches, also note the measurement value in inches, including decimal places.
If the measuring tape does not have measurements in inches, you must convert the previously obtained chest measurement from centimeters to inches . Divide the chest measurement obtained in centimeters by 2.54 cm. Mathematical formula ( [Chest Measurement] / 2.54 cm ).

- Band Measurement : This is determined by the Chest Measurement . However, to find the Band Measurement, you must perform the following calculation:
- Step 1 : Use the previously obtained Chest Measurement in inches;
- Step 2 : If the measurement is between whole numbers (value with decimal places), round the value to a whole number (without decimal places) as follows: if the measurement ends in 0.50 to 0.99, round up. If the value ends in 0.01 to 0.49, round down, that is, disregard only the decimal places;
- Step 3 : If the measurement value is an EVEN integer, add +4 to that value. Otherwise, if the measurement value is an ODD integer, add +3 to that value.
- Step 4 : Write down the Band Measurement on the paper.
- Cup Size : This is determined by the difference between the Bust Measurement and the Chest Measurement, resulting in the Cup Volume . Consequently, it will help indicate which alphabetical letter to use to determine the cup size. However, to find the correct cup size, you should perform the following calculation:
- Step 1 : Use the Bust Measurement and Chest Measurement obtained previously in centimeters;
- Step 2 : Subtract the Chest Measurement from the Bust Measurement . Mathematical formula ( [Bust Measurement] – [Chest Measurement] );
- Step 3 : Write down the difference in centimeters on the paper, including decimal places;
- Step 4 : Convert the difference value obtained in centimeters to the difference value in inches . Divide the previously obtained difference value in centimeters by 2.54 cm. Mathematical formula ( [Difference] / 2.54 cm );
- Step 5 : If the measurement is between whole numbers (value with decimal places), round the value to a whole number (without decimal places) as follows: if the measurement ends in 0.50 to 0.99, round up. If the value ends in 0.01 to 0.49, round down, that is, disregard only the decimal places;
- Step 6 : Write down the difference in inches on the paper, without the decimal places;
- Step 7 : If the difference is an even integer, add +4 to that value. Otherwise, if the difference is an odd integer, add +3 to that value.
- Step 8 : Write down the bulge volume in inches on the paper, without decimal places;
- Step 9 : Look in the Volume column of the Cup Measurement Spreadsheet for the value that is equivalent to the Cup Volume obtained previously in inches, which was noted on the paper;
- Step 10 : The Cup Size will be defined by an alphabetical letter indicated in the Cup column of the Cup Measurement Spreadsheet . Write down on paper the Cup Size indicated by the alphabetical letter in the Cup column.
- Bra Size : This is determined by combining the band measurement with the alphabetical letter indicating the cup size (e.g., 32C):
- Find the bra size where the measurements written on the paper approximately match the measurements on the Supplier's Size Chart ;
- If your body measurements fall between two sizes on the size chart, choose the pants size where the measurements on the Supplier's Size Chart are approximately larger than your body measurements .
